English Proficiency Result (IELTS Certificate or Equivalent)
Transcript of Records (Red Ribbon with English Translation)
Birth Certificate
Police Clearance
ICard if Transferee (from Philippine Schools)
Certificate of No Objection
Certificate of Good Moral Character
